Below you will find listings for our interesting on-air guests for the next four weeks.  Check out the lists below for our great variety of topics.  We start filming at 10 am in THE ADDY THEATRE on Tuesday. A live audience is always welcome and there are plenty of seats. You can meet the guests in person and learn more about their projects or even get involved yourself.

Segment TWO

Moon Over Buffalo by Schuylervile Community Theater

            It is the Schuylerville Community Theater’s 40th Anniversary this year.

            Our anniversary productions this year are Moon Over Buffalo and then Annie in May 2020.   

            Moon Over Buffalo features a strong cast including legacy members from our first years and first time members ever for this show.  The cast also features a married couple playing the lead married couple creating a dynamic that is not to be missed.     

       Garrett West will be directing Annie in the spring.

  • Mission: To bring quality and affordable theater to our community.  Since 1983 The Schuylerville Community Theater has awarded over $45,000 in scholarships to deserving local high school seniors who wish to enter an accredited college to pursue a career in music, dance, drama or theater arts. Dare to Dream — Fundraiser

            SBANENY has a lot of exciting things taking place now and next month! October is Spina Bifida Awareness Month and we are celebrating by sharing Spina Bifida stories and facts on social media. We are encouraging folks to wear their “I love someone with Spina Bifida” long sleeve shirts on 10/25 -World Spina Bifida Day, or wear teal. We also have our 7th annual Dare to Dream gala taking place on Saturday November 23rd at Wolferts Roost Country Club.This event features a silent and live auction, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, and live musical entertainment by Fresh. This year’s Honorary Chair is Jill Konopka & our “You Make a Difference Award” recipient is DJ Lou Roberts. Each year we include an awareness piece for our guests in attendance. For the second time, Roll Call Wheelchair Dance will be attending and performing various styles of partner dance for our guests.

            The following day Roll Call is hosting an adaptive dance workshop for people to learn how to partner dance. This workshop is being hosted at the Guilderland YMCA and takes place from 12:00-3:00pm. Lunch is provided and we are offering incentives for dance studios to send dancers to act as partners to help increase inclusive opportunities for accessible dance in the Capital Region.

  • Mission: The Spina Bifida Association of Northeastern New York (SBANENY) aims to enhance the lives of all affected by Spina Bifida. SBANENY provides support services to individuals living with Spina Bifida, their family members, or service providers at no cost. Our support services include information, referral, support, advocacy, education, systems navigation and programming. From expectant parents, to older adults, we offer support to address the unique challenges associated with living with a complex medical condition such as Spina Bifida

            She was recently featured in Cake Masters International Magazine. She travels extensively to work with a celebrity cake artists bring back inspiration to my clients here in the Capital Region. We also try to highlight local artists and musicians whenever possible.
