Below you will find listings for our interesting on-air guests for the next four weeks.  Check out the lists below for our great variety of topics.  We start filming at 10 am at Proctors Underground on Tuesday. A live audience is always welcome and there are plenty of seats. You can meet the guests in person and learn more about their projects or even get involved yourself1

Celebrating Kwanzaa – 2017

Kwanzaa is an African-American and Pan-African Holiday that celebrates family, community and culture, celebrated from the Dec 26 through Jan 1, its origins are in the first harvest celebrations of Africa from which it takes its name.  This year’s Kwanzaa celebration begins with a regional opening event at the New York State Museum on Dec. 26 from 6 pm to 8:30 pm. The second day of Kwanzaa will be celebrated at Mt. Olivet Missionary Baptist Church from 7 – 9 pm.  The Third day returns to Albany at the Trinity South Campus from 5-7 pm.  The Fourth day in Albany at “The Albany Barn” from 5-9 pm.  The fifth day at the Hamilton Hill Arts Center from 6-9 [m.  The sixth day at Henry Johnson Charter School from 2-6 pm. The seventh day at the City Mission in Sch’dy from 6-8 [m. Go to their Facebook page to obtain more details.

Celebrating New Year’s Eve at MopCo

            Looking for something to do with the whole family? Want to switch it up from the bar scene? We’ve got two awesome options for you this New Year’s Eve.
Bring the whole gang along to end the year with our Family Improv Show! You’ll laugh, enjoy a unique Ball Drop and be able to get home to your jammies (or whatever your next destination is) before midnight!
New Year’s Eve Pa-JAM-a Party

Come jam with us in your jammies and start 2018 with a one of a kind show/party guaranteed to be full of laughs and good times. Get cozy and chill out with a variety of acts, interactive improv games, and oh yeah, it’s a pajama party!* — Includes 1 Drink, Munchies and Midnight Champagne Toast; Hang out and relax as we approach midnight with Improv, games and more; Free non-alcoholic drinks for your designated driver.

Doors Open at 8:30pm, Party from 9:00pm – 1:00am; Starting at 9:00pm we’ll have our Pa-JAM-a Party. Slip into your comfiest jammies, onesies or what-have-you and join us for a night of laughter, reverie and relaxation! Includes an adult beverage, snacks and a champagne toast at midnight.

We also try to highlight local artists and musicians whenever possible.
